Welcome to Vegetarian's Pair of Dice. These Terms of Use govern your use of our mobile application (the "App"). In these Terms, "you" refers to the user of the App, and "we," "us," or "our" refers to Supreme Ultimate Applications, LLC. By accessing or using Vegetarian's Pair of Dice, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
App Name: Vegetarian’s Pair of Dice
Description: Vegetarian's Pair of Dice is an interactive recipe selection app that helps answer the daily question, "What's for dinner?" Roll a virtual pair of dice and instantly receive a randomly selected vegetarian recipe from the app's collection, making meal decisions simple, quick, and fun.
2. User Engagement and Content
Account Registration: No account registration is required to use Vegetarian’s Pair of Dice.
User-Generated Content: Vegetarian’s Pair of Dice does not support User-Generated Content.
3. Acceptable Use
Users must use Vegetarian’s Pair of Dice in a manner that is lawful and respectful of others. No specific activities or behaviors are explicitly prohibited within the app.
4. Age Restrictions
There is no minimum age requirement to use Vegetarian's Pair of Dice. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should review these Terms with a parent or legal guardian before using the app.
5. Payment
Vegetarian’s Pair of Dice is currently available for a one-time fee.
Payment Processing: Payment and billing are managed by the Apple App Store (for iOS users) or Google Play (for Android users). We do not collect or store your payment information.
Refunds: All billing and refund matters are handled directly by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.
6. Data Collection and Use
We collect certain technical data such as device specifications in order to improve Vegetarian’s Pair of Dice and keep it functioning properly over time. Additionally, we use third-party services such as Google Analytics and Squarespace Analytics in order to collect and monitor data based on user interactions with the Vegetarian’s Pair of Dice app, with our website https://www.taijitek.net, and with our advertisements.

7. Intellectual Property
All original software, graphics, branding, user interface elements, text, and other original content contained in Vegetarian's Pair of Dice are owned by Benjamin Marks, Sole Manager Member of Supreme Ultimate Applications, LLC, except where otherwise indicated. Certain third-party assets are used under license, including 3D models licensed through the Unity Asset Store. Recipe information included in the app consists of factual cooking instructions and ingredient information. Any third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners.
8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
Vegetarian's Pair of Dice is intended for general informational and wellness purposes only. The recipes, ingredients, and other content provided within the app are offered solely as general cooking information and should not be considered medical, nutritional, dietary, or other professional advice.
Users are solely responsible for determining whether any recipe or ingredient is appropriate for their individual circumstances, including, but not limited to, allergies, food intolerances, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, religious or ethical considerations, and personal preferences. Some ingredients may cause allergic reactions, illness, injury, or, in rare cases, death. Always read product labels carefully and consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have questions regarding your health or diet.
Users are also responsible for preparing, cooking, storing, and handling food safely. Cooking times, temperatures, ingredient quality, and food handling practices may vary depending on the ingredients, equipment, and methods used. Supreme Ultimate Applications, LLC and Benjamin Marks make no representation or warranty that following any recipe contained within Vegetarian's Pair of Dice will produce a safe, successful, or satisfactory result. Users are responsible for following generally accepted food safety practices and for exercising reasonable judgment when preparing and consuming food.
The content of Vegetarian's Pair of Dice is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to provide accurate and useful information, Supreme Ultimate Applications, LLC, Benjamin Marks, and any individuals involved in the development of the app make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, suitability, or fitness for any particular purpose of the app or its content. We disclaim all warranties, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Supreme Ultimate Applications, LLC and Benjamin Marks do not warrant that Vegetarian's Pair of Dice will operate without interruption or error, or that the app or its content will be free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Supreme Ultimate Applications, LLC, Benjamin Marks, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, lost profits, loss of data, personal injury, illness, allergic reactions, foodborne illness, property damage, or any other loss or damage arising out of or relating to your access to or use of Vegetarian's Pair of Dice or your reliance upon any information contained within the app.
Except where prohibited by applicable law or resulting from our gross negligence, fraud, or intentional misconduct, the total cumulative liability of Supreme Ultimate Applications, LLC, Benjamin Marks, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the use of Vegetarian's Pair of Dice shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
Use of Vegetarian's Pair of Dice is entirely at your own risk. If you discover a bug, technical issue, or inaccurate recipe information while using the app, we appreciate reports at ben@taijitek.net.
9. Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Supreme Ultimate Applications, LLC, and Benjamin Marks from responsibility, liability, claims, demands, and/or damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown (including claims of negligence), arising out of or related to your use of the Vegetarian’s Pair of Dice app.
10. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Supreme Ultimate Applications, LLC, and Benjamin Marks, and their employees, agents, officers and directors from and against any losses, liabilities, claims, demands, expenses, or costs arising out of or related to (a) your access to or use of our services, (b) your feedback, (c) your violation of these terms, (d) your violation, misappropriation, or infringement of any rights of another (including intellectual property rights or privacy rights) or (e) your conduct in connection with the use of Vegetarian’s Pair of Dice. You will promptly notify Supreme Ultimate Applications, LLC, at ben@taijitek.net of any and all claims, including third-party claims, and cooperate with Supreme Ultimate Applications, LLC, and Benjamin Marks in defending such claims, and pay all fees, costs, and expenses associated with defending such claims (including attorney’s fees). You also agree that Supreme Ultimate Applications, LLC, and Benjamin Marks will have total control of the defense and settlement, at their option, of any third-party claims.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the State and Federal Courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any claims which may arise from the use of Vegetarian’s Pair of Dice. Prior to filing any claim, User agrees that the parties shall attend mediation with a mutually agreeable mediator certified by the Supreme Court of the State of Florida.
12. Modifications to Terms
Supreme Ultimate Applications, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Use. Users will be informed of changes through a one-time popup window requiring agreement to the updated terms before accessing the app.

14. Miscellaneous
The failure of Supreme Ultimate Applications, LLC, and Benjamin Marks to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use will not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the user of Vegetarian’s Pair of Dice and Supreme Ultimate Applications, LLC, and Benjamin Marks, relating to the subject matter herein, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, statements, and understandings between the parties.
By using Vegetarian’s Pair of Dice, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
